Team Administrator

CIPR Communications is on the hunt for a tech-savvy, self-starter! Do you have administrative experience? Do you enjoy helping our sales team succeed? We need a new team member to assist with sales administration, office administrative duties, and some internal marketing tactics. Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting our sales team with meeting preparation, report creation, and follow-ups
  • Ensuring our team is organized via support on administrative tasks
  • Supporting our leadership team with administrative tasks
  • Staying on top of reoccurring expenses, meetings, and internal administrative priorities
  • Other marketing duties as required

Aptitudes and Skills

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of professionalism
  • Great work ethic: ability to work with little supervision and focus on what needs to get done
  • Ability to meet deadlines in an organized manner
  • Confidence to keep a high-functioning team organized and supported
  • Capacity and ability to learn quickly
  • Take ownership for running reports on key sales software tools
  • Multi-task in a highly organized fashion
  • Ability to identify gaps and fill them in accordingly (rolling up your sleeves)

Educational Background and Experience

  • Business Administration Certificate is an asset
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Experience with cloud-based project management tools
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in problem solving, research, and investigation

Other Skills

  • Ability to use podcast editing software is beneficial but not required
  • Previous experience with sales tools like Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, SEM Rush, Silktide Prospects, and SharpSpring is an asset
  • Previous experience with Asana, Harvest, Dropbox, QuickBooks Online is an asset
